Okemos Public Montessori at Central 2026-2027 Registration Lottery Information

The information below is for Kindergarten-4th grade ONLY. The Enrollment Lottery for the preschool program has not yet begun. The Kindergarten - 4th grade lottery window will open on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8:00 am and close on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 4:00pm.

Any families who live outside the Okemos Public Schools district but are within the Ingham ISD must also complete the School of Choice (SOC) paperwork during the lottery window.

Completed SOC forms should be emailed to opmregistration@okemosk12.net upon completion of the Enrollment Lottery form. Once you have submitted the lottery form, you will not have to complete any other information until you have been instructed. Please do not submit any other registration/enrollment information to Okemos Public Schools (OPS). Questions can be directed to opmregistration@okemosk12.net.

Okemos Public Montessori at Central (OPM) is an elementary school in the Okemos Public School District (OPS) that offers a Montessori-based curriculum. Though part of OPS, the school does not have year-round open enrollment.Each year, OPM conducts an enrollment lottery based on the number of vacancies available per grade. A half-day preschool for three and four-year-olds is also available as a tuition-based program through Okemos Kids Club.

The Kindergarten - 4th grade lottery window will open on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 8:00 am and close on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 4:00 pm.

The three and four-year-old preschool lottery window will open on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 8:00 am and close on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

A link to enter the enrollment lottery will be posted on the OPM homepage on the date that the window opens. Once you have submitted the lottery form, you will not have to complete any other information until you have been instructed. Please do not submit any other registration/enrollment information to Okemos Public Schools (OPS).
